fix:修正 Email 設定與規格同步 
- .env.example：MAIL_MAILER 改為 smtp（對應 Mailpit 本地測試流程）
- notification-email spec：移除 ReviewReceived Email 觸發（僅 database channel）
- notification-email spec：Email CTA 連結改為 /my-bookings（移除 /{id}）
